I want to thank all of the insureds who call me with their questions as well as DCS Clients who place their trust in my services and abilities. Many of my clients have been with me for more than 10 years and have reached maximum duration of claim.
Yesterday to my great surprise I received a dozen roses from an insured who called me with his questions. I have never seen roses so beautiful, and I want to thank him for his generosity and kindness.
While I do not charge callers to DCS, Inc. on an individual basis, I am happy to provide basic information at any time. Thank you again to the insured who appreciated my time and assistance. The roses are beautiful and it really means a great deal to me. I know that we have been living in challenging times and this special effort to send flowers is extraordinarily heartfelt.
