It never ceases to surprise me when former clients contact me many times after 10-15 years when they’ve long since reached the maximum duration of their claims. It is always a pleasure to speak with former clients, and I rarely forget a name.
The formation of relationships that takes place over the years is something valued and treasured by me. After all, the key to ultimate success in my field is to see insureds and claimants receive benefits to maximum duration. And, it gives me a sense of pride in DCS, Inc. to know that family and financial results have ben preserved well into the future.
