Well, the day has finally come, my friends, when I have written an article on just about everything there is to know about disability claims review, contracts, group benefits, administration, paperwork, etc. From time to time people often commented that I was getting redundant anyway, and I probably was.
Therefore, I’ve decided to leave it up my my readers to tell me exactly what they want to know, and I will continue to post the answers here. Please send me an email and tell me your questions. I know that people have used the information I’ve posted here to manage their own claims and believe me I haven’t profited by that. Nevertheless, if you have a question please email it to:

I want to emphasize that I AM NOT RETIRING, goodness NO. There are still people out there who need, and ask for assistance. And, I still have over 60 clients, so I’m not retiring, and probably will not ever retire.
Boy, things such have changed over the last 25 years. In the beginning insureds were anxious to learn information about their policies, how things worked, and how to manage the system. Claimants with ERISA Plans needed to have more information and someone who could give it to them. But, as time went on, more and more people wanted to try their own ingenuity to manage their claims and used what I posted on Lindanee’s Blog to do that. Today, people are polite and will listen to what I advise, but will do their own thing anyway, sometimes to their own demise.
