After repeated research, it appears Ms. Maribelle R. Kim, DO, an UNUM Medical Consultant, assigned to my claim is neither Board Certified nor licensed to practice Medicine in the State of California.
Documents she has signed and sent to my healthcare providers on UNUM letterhead indicate she is mis-representing her qualifications as a licensed Board Certified Physician.
