DCS Clients Only

There are important changes that are of importance to DCS Clients I would like to talk about. First of all, “Hello”, it’s been quite a while since I’ve sent out a newsletter to keep those associated with DCS informed.

I have been hesitant to discuss why I stopped writing the newsletter because I did not want it to be viewed as a negative. Let me say upfront, that I am fine, the business is fine, but the insurance claims process is not fine. Although DCS (namely me) has always given out free information to those struggling with their claims, including attorneys, I have also felt that it is unfair for me to be taken advantage of.

Since COVID, I’ve found that there are individuals who just “go away” without telling me. Although I asked Clients to tell me if they decided not to remain a Client so that they could be removed from my client list, most clients didn’t do that, and just went away. I asked myself why, and then discovered they remained on the Newsletter distribution list to take advantage of new information even when they were not renewed as a Client.

I wish the clients who just disappeared had given me an opportunity to say “Thank you”, and “Thank you for your support”, but they didn’t. When I had the opportunity to ask “Why did you just quit DCS” they usually responded that they did not want to continue to pay me. Some just didn’t have the money to support a claim Consultant anymore – and I can understand that.

Therefore, I’m continuing the Blog for the benefit of everyone, client or no.

Another change for DCS is the discontinuance of PayPal who out of the blue decided they were closing my account. Although I had been using PalPal since 2008 I had no idea that PayPal is known to do these things, including restricting money in the account for a period of time. From time to time my clients declined using PayPal, but I never thought it would happen to me.

As of yesterday I have been PIC approved with a new merchant for accepting credit cards for Consulting services. I can honestly say that it’s pretty evident how difficult it is to get a Merchant Account these days. New clients will receive invoices which they can easily pay for initial and renewal fees. Please DO NOT send any of your fees to PayPal, I’m done with that mess. Thank you for your patience in working with me to make this change.

Finally, please not that Disability Claims Solutions, Inc. is still an ongoing business in good standing. I am accepting new clients and am offering disability claims assistance to all to who need it, and ask for it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. And, thanks to all of my clients. I enjoy working with all of you!
